About the Role
Lead AI research and development for our fintech products. You'll design and deploy ML models for fraud detection, compliance automation, and intelligent payment routing that directly impact millions of transactions.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop novel AI/ML approaches for financial services applications
- Design and implement production-grade ML models for fraud detection and compliance
- Build and maintain ML infrastructure and training pipelines
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into our products
- Stay current with latest AI research and evaluate applicability to fintech use cases
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in ML/AI engineering
- Strong Python skills with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience deploying ML models in production at scale
- Background in NLP, time series analysis, or anomaly detection
- Published research or significant open-source contributions preferred
