About the Role
Lead our quality assurance efforts across the entire fintech platform. You'll build and maintain automation frameworks, define QA strategy, and ensure every release meets the rigorous standards required in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the end-to-end test automation framework across all products
- Define QA strategy, testing standards, and release quality gates
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, conducting code reviews and pair sessions
- Build CI/CD pipeline integrations for automated regression, performance, and security testing
- Collaborate with engineering leads to improve testability and reduce defect rates
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a lead or senior automation role
- Expert-level skills in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress)
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or TypeScript
- Experience with API testing, performance testing, and CI/CD integration
- Understanding of financial services quality and compliance requirements
