Engineering Manager - Crypto

About the Role

Lead the engineering team responsible for our cryptocurrency exchange and digital asset products. You'll guide the development of trading engines, wallet infrastructure, and blockchain integrations while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the crypto engineering team across backend, infrastructure, and security
• Drive the technical strategy for exchange, wallet, and blockchain integration products
• Ensure platform security, uptime, and compliance with evolving crypto regulations
• Work with Product to define and prioritize the crypto product roadmap
• Foster a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years managing teams
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and cryptocurrency markets
• Experience building high-throughput, low-latency trading or financial systems
• Strong background in security practices for digital asset custody and transactions
• Familiarity with crypto regulatory frameworks (MiCA, Travel Rule, AML/KYC)
